Cooking Instructions

There is many ways to cook basmati rice but You can follow below simple way of cooking

1. Add 60g of Tilda pure Basmati rice per person to a bowl and cover with water and soak for 20mintues

2. Drain and Rinse with cold water then add 2 measures of water to one measure of dry rice to the pan

3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Lightly fork through grains and serve
